Victoria Wallace
Vicky is one of the co-owners here at Rookery Equine and is often the first point of contact for clients, whether you're reaching out by phone, email, or social media.
Before joining the team at Rookery, Vicky worked with the North West Ambulance Service as part of their first response team, a background that brings calm professionalism and genuine care to everything she does. She moved to Cheshire with her family in 2016 and has played a central role in shaping Rookery ever since.
Vicky is deeply passionate about equine health and innovation. She’s always researching and introducing new technologies to help horses recover more fully and efficiently from injury. Her commitment to cutting-edge care led her to found Cyto Cure, a therapy brand built on years of hands-on experience in the equine rehabilitation sector.
At Cyto Cure, the focus is on comfort, safety, and scientifically trusted technology, offering horse owners user-friendly products that are easy to use at home.
In her day-to-day role, Vicky also manages client documentation and works closely with insurance providers. Over the past seven years, she has achieved a 100% success rate in helping clients secure insurance payouts after treatment, a testament to her diligence and care.
Vicky enjoys spending her spare time walking her dog's Oscar, Milo & Dora, especially in her favourite location, the Lake District. She is also a crazy chicken owner!
