Terms and Conditions 

Please note - These terms are designed with the staff, clients and horses safety in mind.
DAY VISITORS
Full payment is taken on-line at time of booking.
All horses must be well handled and a minimum age of 4 years to use the water treadmill.
Horses to be clean on arrival, dirty horses that need hosing down will incur an £5 charge.
No dogs allowed on the premises.
No U18's to be left unattended on site.
Clients are not permitted in to the courtyard without permission.
All bio-security protocols to be adhered to at all times.
Client to remain on site during treatment.
Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will pay 100% treatment cost.
Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions will result in full payment being required without treatment. 
LIVERY
All horses to have been vaccinated 12 months of arrival date.
All liveries to arrive between 10 am and 12 pm on day of arrival unless prior arrangement agreed.
All liveries to be vacated by 12 pm on day of leaving, any later collections will incur further charges.
Please ensure a copy of your horses passport is sent over before your horses arrival at the premises (passports do not stay on site)
All horses must be well handled and a minimum age of 4 years.
All paperwork to be completed, returned and signed before horse arrives.
A £50 plus VAT non refundable deposit to be paid to secure stable and date.
If your horse requires a dentist, farrier etc we can provide this for an extra cost or you can use your own professional, we ask them to call to book an appointment for their visit.
All horses must be wormed for the appropriate season. Worming available on site for an additional fee.
Please provide any hard feed you wish your horse to be fed, any leftover feed will be sent home with your horse once they leave.
Visiting times are strictly by appointment only, please contact Rookery Equine to arrange your visit.
Any horse that has never attended our water treadmill that you wish to book in for livery will be required to do 1 session prior to booking.
No refunds will be issued for early termination of livery.
DAY CAMPS AND CLINICS
Your stable (if part of the booking) will be available to you from 08.45am on the morning of the camp/clinic.
On arrival to the gates please press button to allow access, we do not leave the gates open due to the speed of vehicles that pass.
We do not have a vast amount of parking spaces so please be mindful when parking up.
Please do not bring dogs on-site during these days.
If your horse is having a treatment, this will be done after your first lesson.
Please ensure you do not feed any hay/haylage to your horse outside of your truck/trailer or stable.
1 x net of haylage will be provided for your horse, if you require hay please provide your own. More haylage can be purchased at £10 per net.
FREE tea/coffee and soft drinks are available throughout the day for you.
We provide lunch that comprises of sandwiches, crisps, cakes, biscuits, fruit. If you have any food allergies or intolerances please let us know at least 72 hours before the clinic date so we can provide an alternative for you.
Please ensure you only ride to/from and in the arena, the fields are not to be used during these dates.
If your horse messes outside of the arena/stable we ask that you clean it up using the skip bins provided.
Your stable is available until 4pm, please ensure it is skipped out before you leave.
Please do not bring any horses on-site that are unwell or running a temperature
PLEASE NOTE:
NONE OF THE TREATMENTS PROVIDED ARE INTENDED TO REPLACE OR ACT AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO CONVENTIONAL TREATMENTS GIVEN BY A VET. THE VETERINARY SURGERY ACT OF 1966 (AMENDED 1996) PROHIBITS ANYONE OTHER THAN A VETERINARY SURGEON TO DIAGNOSE AILMENTS AND GIVING OF ADVICE ON SUCH DIAGNOSIS.

Your information is protected under current data protection regulations. We keep your data safe and only process that which is necessary in order to deliver our service. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless you give us permission to do so. However, in certain circumstances, Rookery Equine may be legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal data, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority.
