Shipping and Pricing

1-2 Day Delivery

·      We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked signed and is £7.50 and used for all Cyto Cure Products and Bitting/Bridle products from our offices at Rookery Equine.

·      Delivered Monday to Friday excluding weekends. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday your order will be packed for delivery on the next working day. *Royal Mail are not able to guarantee 1 day delivery over busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas etc).

·      Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order via our shopify page.

·      Royal Mail will provide a time slot for estimated arrival by SMS and email (if details are provided at checkout)

·      Your order will arrive between approximately 7.30am and 6.00pm.

·      If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you.

We run a Monday to Friday service, delivering between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the items will be packed for delivery on the next working day.

Returns Process

·      The cost for returning items is the responsibility of our customer. If there a fault with the product then Rookery Equine will take responsibility for the cost of the returns.

·      There is a £1.99 handling fee on all products returned.
