3-5 Day Delivery

·      Our DPD/Evri service is free on all UK orders over £150. For orders under £150 delivery is £6.99

·      Delivered Monday to Friday excluding weekends. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday your order will be packed for delivery on the next working day. *We are not able to guarantee 3-5 day delivery over busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas etc).

·      Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order via our shopify page.

·      DPD/Evri will provide a time slot for estimated arrival by SMS and email (if details are provided at checkout)

·      Your order will arrive between approximately 7.30am and 6.00pm.

·      If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 14 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you.

Delivery to these post codes may take up to 7 business days. AB31 - AB35, AB36 - AB38, AB41 - AB54, AB55 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, G83-G84, GY9, HS1 - HS9, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 - KW14, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA78, PH15 - PH18, PH19 - PH29, PH32 - PH33, PH45 - PH48, PH30 - PH31, PH34 - PH44, PH49 - PH99, TR21-25, ZE, BFPO.

We run a Monday to Friday service, delivering between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the items will be packed for delivery on the next working day.

Returns Process

·      The cost for returning items is the responsibility of our customer. If there a fault with the product then Rookery Equine will take responsibility for the cost of the returns.

·      There is a £1.99 handling fee on all products returned.

Prices and Postage

·      Prices are calculated automatically by the Shopping Cart upon checkout.

·      Total prices include VAT where applicable and delivery to the UK only is free. Shipping to Europe will be charged according to weight, with a minimum charge of £15.00.  We will not ship supplements to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Russia and Far/Middle East Countries due to Customs Regulations on the products.

·      Orders are dispatched either by courier for 3-5 day delivery (not including Saturday / Sunday, or Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery for orders over £150.00. We use Airmail & International signed services, as appropriate.
