Here at Rookery Equine, We collaborate with local university Harper Adams.
We take on student placements for 44 week experience, highlighting the benefits of our machinery and electrotherapies and allowing them experience to use these machines to practice on animals.
Sophie and Amy are with us until April 2026, They are 3rd year vet physio students and enjoy using all the electrotherapies we have available on-site.
Amy's particular interest lies with the Winback TECAR therapy machine and Sophie enjoys the Class 4 laser and Magneto.
The offer is for treatments here at Rookery Equine every weekday from 9am to 3pm and in this time we would like to give them as much opportunity as we can in the rehabilitation industry.
