Rental/Try Before You Buy option - Buy the massage pad at full price and you have 1 week from delivery to decide if you wish to purchase the product or not. If you decide you do not want to keep the product you notify us by day 7 and send proof of postage by day 8 that the product is being returned. Once the product has been checked and inspected for any damage and we are happy with the condition, you will receive your refund minus a £50 rental fee. If there is any damage to the product on its return the product will be sent back and no refund will be made. If you have not responded by day 7 to state you want to return the product it will be determined that you are happy with the product and wish to keep at full price.
